Homeowners who have had the defective Iplex Pro-fit™ range of polybutylene hot and cold crimp system pipes installed in their homes have contacted us to represent them in taking legal action against Iplex Pipelines Australia Pty Limited (“Iplex”).

We are currently in discussions with litigation funders on behalf of homeowners impacted by defective Iplex products and will be able to provide an update shortly.
